Spring Tablescape

I know it's not spring yet, but I can dream can't I?

I'm really in love with this tablescape. Not so much because it's super fabulous or anything, but because it used so many things I love. The plates were a recent thrift store find. They were .75 each and in perfect shape. They're Homer Laughlin, dated 1955. The milk glass cups (holding the daisies) were purchased at the same time for .50 each. The table cloth is vintage and belonged to my grandmother. And of course daisies are my favorite flowers... all in all I just smile looking this tablescape.

Very pretty. I love the plates. They bring back happy memories of Sunday dinner at my grand-ma's. She had the exact same plates.

Those plates are gorgeous. It makes me think of dinners at my Grandma's house.

Love love love that tablecloth.

I posted a pie on my blog like I saw you do. I did one before the top crust and one when I put the crust on. I was going to do one after it baked, but someone attacked it.

You are very inspiring.

So cheery!! great finds aswell! I wish the had that kind of thing voer here, but they don't. They have thrift type stores but the styles and prices are different so you dont walk away thinking you just got the deal of the century..lol

You have the prettiest tables, always! I also loved your bedroom post. Do you find all your things at thrift stores or do you make a combination of purchases from retail as well?
