Leftover Pot Roast Dinner Idea YUM YUM

Whenever I have leftover pork or beef roast I dice it up with the carrots, potatoes, mushrooms and whatever other cooked veggies I have leftover and saute them all together in melted butter!  It's so easy and we LOVE it!  You can serve it topped with gravy or ketchup.  It's my favorite way to eat leftover pot roast!

I really love that Nina is enjoying more time in the kitchen with me.  She is such an amazing (and beautiful) girl!  This is off-topic from pot roast, but I'm really grateful for her!

 Dinner is served!

YUM!

What a great idea. I can never think of anything to do with leftovers. I'm printing this out. Thanks Angie!!

We do this with thanksgiving leftovers. I take turkey chunks, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy and broccoli cheese rice casserole and mix it together in a skillet. The gravy makes the turkey crust up a little and it is so good. We serve it with leftover rolls and eat it all up. I sometimes like the leftovers better than the original meal!
