Valentine's Tablescape

Conversation hearts, pink roses, candles and pretty pink dishes were all part of our Sunday dinner this week.

It's always fun to dress up the table a bit and enjoy a yummy family dinner. We had pot roast, baked potatoes, green beans and bread. The food was all super delicious and it seemed even more tasty surrounded by pretty pink.

I dressed my plain white napkin rings up using conversation hearts and strong double-stick tape. They came out cute. The candle holders full of conversation hearts are actually antiques I bought at a yard sale for next to nothing.

What a beautiful tablescape...I really need to start getting into the habit of doing the same, it makes dinners so much better!

So sweet, I love all the pink. Of course, I'm sure my husband and the boys would laugh me out of the dining room. Oh well.

Hi, love your table! Oh, the roast looks delicious! Like your napkin rings. I once made a barret for my daughter with the little hearts. I set it on the counter, and before I got to put on the polyurethane coat on them, she was trying to eat it. lol!

What a clever idea to use double stick tape to embellish! I think your little cany hearts are so cute! And I love "ballet pink". So pretty.
