I was making cupcakes when I started to wonder what would happen if you put cake batter on a waffle iron.... well... it makes delicious cake-waffles. So I decided to top this fabulous cake waffle with chocolate ice cream and whipped cream, keep in mind this was at 10am AND I'm not eating sweets these days... so I told the kids that someone was going to have to eat this waffle so it didn't go to waste.Next thing I hear from Alyssa in her announcer voice is, "Alyssa versus Food... Alyssa is sitting in Mom's kitchen preparing to take on the Valentine's Dessert Waffle Challenge." The other kids and I burst out laughing. We watch WAY too much Man vs Food on the travel channel (one of the only shows we ever watch).
Whether you're an Adam fan or not (I SO want to marry him lol) you'll appreciate the ending to our show :)HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALYSSA WHO TURNED 10 THIS WEEK!!!
