Breakfast Cookies & Milk.... your kids will LOVE you!

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/4 c. oats
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 egg
1/2 c. milk (I use skim)
1/2 c. peanut butter (we like chunky)

In a bowl, mix flour, oats, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder and chocolate chips. Stir in egg, milk and peanut butter. Mix until all blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a baking sheet/stone sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes. This recipe makes about three dozen cookies, which means there are enough to pop in your freezer for another day!

How do you all like my chick table? I think it's bright and sunny to help wake you up after a crazy daylight savings lack of sleep night.

My kids were in heaven to wake up to a fun table and cookies and milk for breakfast!

One more thing you need to know when making these cookies...

Beware of cookie monsters....
