There are hardwood floors in the living room and two bedrooms. In the past year I have painted through-out, installed new carpet on the stairs and in both basement bedrooms. I've updated faucets and shower heads, cleaned up the yard and just given the place an overall makeover. There is a ton of patio space in back and a large driveway as well as a garage. The back yard is fully fenced in! The dishwasher is new and there is a great wall oven in the kitchen. The house is close to shopping and the freeway. We have absolutely loved living here, so pass the word that I have a nice older home for sale!
