Mummy Dogs


To some of you these may be "pigs in a blanket". But at our house they'll forever be "mummy dogs", whatever the time of year! These are quick and easy and there are always leftovers to pack in a lunch.

Mummy Dogs

package of hot dogs
tube of refrigerated breadstick dough

Wrap a breadstick dough piece around each hot dog. Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes or until breadsticks are browned. Serve with ketchup :)

    We love those! I use lil smokies and cut the rolls in half. They make great appetizers and lunches. :)

    I love Mummy Dogs! We cook them over a campfire when camping. Have you ever made a mummy cheese man? I made on last October and it was so cute. Thanks for visiting Dianasaur Dishes!

    I love making mummy dogs around this time of year. I even like to dress my mummies up with some mustard/ketchup mummy eyes.
