I'm always on the look-out for a new dressing for salads. I don't especially like store bought dressings. This is so simple and absolutely fabulous!I made some sugared almonds (almonds, butter and brown sugar cooked in a saucepan) to top this salad and those were also great. What a way to round out a boring dinner of tuna casserole!
Spinach Salad Dressing
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
Simmer together in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved.
To make the salad shown here:
spinach
blackberries or slice strawberries
sugared almonds
real bacon bits
dressing
Simple and delicious!!! I've made this with strawberries too and it's fantastic!

That sounds really good. Thank you for sharing.
